Cybersecurity for businesses: find your risks and how to fix them

We review your systems, identify the vulnerabilities that affect you most and hand you a prioritised action plan. If you need it, we implement the improvements and check that they work.

Are you under attack right now?

Disconnect the affected devices from the network and call us on +34 932 82 41 83. In Spain you can also contact the INCIBE helpline on 017: it is free, confidential and open every day from 08:00 to 23:00.

Problems we solve

Having antivirus, a firewall and backups doesn't guarantee you are protected. These are the risks we see most in small and mid-sized businesses, and the ones an audit brings to light.

What you expose on the internet

Forgotten services, remote access without MFA and leaked passwords: the most common ways in.

Compromised accounts

With a stolen password and badly defined permissions, a standard user can end up as administrator of the whole network.

Ransomware

An attack that encrypts your devices and, if within reach, your backups too, halting operations for days.

Lack of visibility

Without an inventory or logs you don't know what you have, what is out of date or whether someone has got in.

How we can help

Six lines of work that fit together. The audit is the starting point: it tells you what is needed and in what order.

Audit

Technical audit

We find and prioritise the risks in your network, systems, cloud and backups.

See the audits

Test

Controlled testing

We confirm the risks are real: ransomware drill, simulated phishing and CEO fraud test.

Fix

Remediation and hardening

We apply the measures in the plan: multi-factor authentication, protected backups, endpoint protection, network separation and more.

Verify

Verification and compliance

We re-test what was fixed and give you a report with the remaining risk.

Document

Documentation and compliance

Risk assessment, policies and incident response plan, tailored to your business.

Train

Training

Awareness for staff, technical training for IT and a session for management.

How we work

You can stop after the audit and apply the measures yourself or with another provider. If you leave it to us, we close the cycle with a documented verification.

  1. Scope
  2. Audit
  3. Report
  4. Remediation
  5. Verification
01

Scope and authorisation

We define what is and isn't reviewed, and sign the NDA and the testing authorisation. We don't touch any system without a signed authorisation.

02

Audit

We combine automated tools, manual review, interviews with your IT team and on-site visits when needed. If we find a critical risk that could be exploited right now, we tell you within 4 hours of finding it, without waiting for the report.

03

Report and presentation

We deliver the report with the action plan and present it twice: a technical session with IT and an executive session with management.

04

Remediation and verification

If you hire us, we apply the measures planned to keep the impact to a minimum, in maintenance windows agreed with you, and re-test them.

Three ways to start

A starting point so you don't have to choose among dozens of services. All of them adapt to your business and end in a report with an action plan; remediation is not included and is quoted separately, measure by measure.

To start

Initial assessment

Security assessment, internet-facing exposure and backups. The minimum to know where you stand.

Most common

Technical audit

Adds network, servers, Active Directory, cloud, vulnerability scanning, simulated phishing and staff training.

Most complete

End-to-end audit

Adds physical security, controlled testing, ransomware drill, CEO fraud test, ISO 27001 mapping and compliance report.

For organisations with more than 250 users we offer in-depth single-topic audits, an independent second opinion or specialist hours. More detail in what an audit includes.

What you get and how we work

  • Executive summary that management can understand
  • Checked findings ranked by real risk, with their evidence
  • The specific measure for each finding, in a prioritised action plan
  • Technical presentation to IT and executive one to management
  • Signed authorisation and confidentiality before touching any system
  • No lock-in: each phase is contracted separately

If you hire the verification, we finish with a Technical Compliance Report: it records what was checked, how, on what date and what risk remains. It is not an official certification and does not guarantee compliance with any standard, but it serves as evidence for customers, insurers and auditors.

What if all your devices were encrypted tomorrow?

A backup only helps if it is out of the attacker's reach and has been tested to restore. We follow the 3-2-1-1-0 rule (more detail in the backup audit):

  1. 3 copies
  2. 2 different media
  3. 1 off-site
  4. 1 immutable or offline
  5. 0 restore errors
